Spun Filters

100% polypropylene fibers make up the spun filter cartridge. A true gradient density from the outer to the interior surface has been created by meticulously spinning the fibers together. There are versions of filter cartridges with and without cores. There is no media migration and the superior structure maintains its integrity even under difficult operating conditions. Without the use of binders, resins, or lubricants, continuous streams of polypropylene fibers are blasted onto a centrally formed core.
